Concho Valley Baptist Association

Keith has been with CVBA since January 2023. He has pastored and served in denominational work in Texas and Arizona for 30 years. He is passionate about helping churches and leaders find their practical next steps.

Keith received his doctorate in church revitalization from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is a certified Church Unique Navigator, ReFocus Master Pathfinder and Leader BreakThru Coach.

He has led workshops, one-on-one coaching and done church consulting in areas of church health and revitalization. He loves to connect with pastors from all backgrounds who are looking to move the ball forward in their local context.

He and his wife, Terri, have three married children and three grandsons.

Aimee McGinnis joined your CVBA Staff January 1st, 2016. She came with nearly 25 years of ministry experience in various positions in churches in both Abilene and San Angelo.

She and her family were members at Lake View Baptist Church for 15 years after moving to San Angelo where she served as  Ministry Assistant. Prior to that, her career of better than 25 years was in Healthcare Administration. Aimee and her husband are now members at Oasis Baptist Church. She is a writer, singer and speaker and has one book currently self-published with the hopes of publishing more.

She is a married mom of 7 children of a blended family, with 9 grandchildren as well. Lovingly, they are known as the “Zoo Crew”!

Diane joined the CVBA team in 2017 as part time ministry assistant. Diane brings over 40 years experience working in the church office both in San Angelo and Odessa. She has served twice as officer of Texas Baptist Ministry Assistants (TBMA), Vice President-Programs 2016-2018 and President 2018-2020.

Diane and her husband, Kerry, attend First Baptist San Angelo and are active in mission work in Peru and Venezuela. She is also active in the music ministry at First Baptist. They have a blended family of 6 grown children (Diane's 3 daughters and Kerry's 2 sons and daughter), and they have 11 grandchildren. She loves to travel, quilt, garden, and spend time with family.
